Welcome to Vayun Oil. By accessing or placing an order on vayunoil.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us Vayun Oil is operated by Tej Enterprises, Sa-3/115-R-3, Chhota Lalpur, Pandeypur, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh – 221002, India.

2. Products All our mustard oils are single cold-pressed, 100% organic, and free from adulteration or preservatives. Product images are for representation purposes; slight colour variations may occur naturally due to seasonal seed variations.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Payments We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available at select pincodes.

7. Intellectual Property All content on vayunoil.com including logos, images, and text is the property of Tej Enterprises and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Vayun Oil shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
