At Vayun Oil, we take immense pride in the purity and quality of every bottle we deliver. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Eligibility for Returns We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, leaking, or broken bottle
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered
- The seal was broken or tampered with upon delivery
Non-Returnable Items As mustard oil is a food product, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Products that have been opened and used
- Orders where the seal is intact but the customer dislikes the taste or aroma
How to Raise a Complaint Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect product

Resolution Once verified, we will offer:
- A free replacement of the same product, or
- A full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
COD Orders Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising the complaint.
